Ben Vallee

Ben Vallée is a singer-songwriter and pedal steel guitarist from Dorval, Quebec, who has been a mainstay in Montreal’s underground roots scene for nearly a decade.

In 2024, he released his debut album Introducing..., a heartfelt collection recorded live-off-the-floor to tape, blending traditional country and western sounds with poetic lyricism.

With a sound rooted in Western/Americana storytelling and a honky-tonk spirit, Ben Vallee is carving out a space entirely his own. His honest songwriting captures life's heartaches beneath the blanket of traditional country music.
